Mardyakmon

Hello! Here i am and finishing with the last Armor of Courage of the Adventure EXE! I present to you! the one, the only, the mythical beast that probably has been used as a base for more fanmons than i would ever imagine! Mardyakmon, the Manticore digimon!

Basically, the design and name is based in the Manticore, a persian legendary beast known for having the appereance of a Red Lion, with the head of a human, and sometimes the tail of a dragon or a scorpion. As well, is sometimes depicted with "bat wings". Mostly, what's said about the Manticore it's the peculiar way of attacking, that is shooting venomous spines. The name "Mardyakmon", comes from the Early middle persian name, "Mardyakhor"... mostly because i didn't thought "Manticoremon" had a great or cool sounding to it.

Profile:
A Mythical Beast digimon, who evolves from Tailmon or Plotmon EXE with the Digimental of Courage. Even though these digimon are not Descendant from the Ancient Species, they hold inside them a greater holy power, that give them the ability to use the modified digimentals. Although it has the appearance of an aggressive beast, unlike Tailmon's EXE armor evolution with the Digimental of Light, the digimental of Courage brings out of Tailmon the courage, but is unable to bring all its aggressivity. Thus, Mardyakmon will only attack given the right reasons, either if they have to hunt for food, or if they feel menaced by an opponent. In occasions, they will also attack if angered enough.  It is said that Mardyakmon will eat its prey completely, and won't live anything from it, as well, the digimon that gets eaten by it, will not be reborn. Their special movements are, shooting spines from its tail or mane that paralyzes the opponent or prey (Poison Spines), stinging the opponent or prey with their tail (Piercing blow) and finally, with a combination of scratches, kicks and bites, eats the prey completely without leaving a trace (Man eating Lion). Whenever this attack is used, consider yourself done, as no digimon devoured by Mardyakmon is able to be reborn.
